At Minky Couture, we want you to be wrapped in comfort and completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury blanket isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your unused minky blanket and place it in its original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
